I cleaned my sponge air filter on the 38' with brake cleaner and I thought it was dry. I fitted it the to the car running and boy did it fooking jump into a near roar!! I crapped myself and legged it to pull the key.... Needless to say it settled as soon as I got to the door.... Funking scared the bejesus out of meYep poor old Slave lake..

Been for a good drive today, didn't break down once and managed to buy petrol 4p/L cheaper than the local garage!!
Getting bored of it sounding like the exhaust is falling off though, but there's no leaks anywhere!!

Good luck mate,I've just finished two weeks of isolation after coming back from Fuerteventura there is 27 cases on the island,and 1 death since it started,now we may be going into lockdown tomorrow here FFS.should have stayed.Covid19 result just come , Its positive. So back to isolation again

As you have been so kind there is a Classic member on here in need of a tailgate solenoid which i have boxed up awaiting his address, I will send it to him FOC.I'm sure there is an Americanism for this,the opposite to pay back I believe.If they're for me thank you very much,I'll soon sort them.

That's the thing, I have no idea. I can get a Mahle for about twelve quid, seems like a no-brainer.
