So the gumf says. When I spoke to them they said the difference was negligible but having tried both I think it is noticeable. Not a lot, maybe but definitely noticeable, especially with a difference across the axle.

Gave the steering wheel a wipe over..
Doesn't look brilliant, however it needs restoring, getting the grease off is an improvement to the feel!!
Replaced the rear boot struts too as the tailgate keeps dropping like a guillotine
Old ones were goosed!!
new ones much better!!

CD changers never worked.
Quick look on bay showed heaps of bmw units for sale.
What a bonus iv got about 10 of them sat.
So trims off glovebox out all is going well and surprisingly easy.
Then no mines got the bloody alpine cd changer
Yes iv got fm and bluetooth and albums on my phone itd still be nice to have it working though

I had the dromedary ones. Top hasn’t hit me on my head since. You can adjust how hard they push by turning it in/outReplaced the rear boot struts too
new ones much better!!

I had a small leak coming from the gearbox. Figured I hadn't tightened up the drain plug properly when I changed the oil. So went out to nip it up. Then this happened:
