Well I feel now is the best time for this. In an ideal world I would have done it in my own time, but fearing the social ramifications I have kept this secret close to my chest.
This might be old news to some now, but is a secret I have been keeping a long time, but one that due to my hand being forced is now out in public. This isn't a choice I made in life, but a hand I was felt when I got into the P38 life.
I am Bix, and I am on coils.
I hope in this modern age you can accept me for what I am, and that is a coil user. I know I have the support of my wife, and my family, but I hope I can have your support too.
It is difficult for me to admit to this, but I do feel you're all able to accept me with open arms, knowing I am on coils.

It's worse because I have like 90% of the parts to put the EAS back into mine (the previous owner gutted the whole system, it has been slow going), but mine is my daily driver, so I can't afford for a project to go wrong and be car less. So the plan is to get the wife's as near to Bob on as possible, then I can take mine off the road to put it right.Your saving grace is -

Got the MOT the other day
Got an advisory for bad chassis rust
They apparently do a thumb pressure test - if it moves it's too rusted.

To be fair he's a good boy, she's been handed over to the old boys at the garage to tinker with with a laundry list of issues to get fixed and as the good hubbie he is he's funding it
I have everything but airbags, although I think I might replace the airlines, since their status is unknown.
