Time for a lengthy clean. I would recommend a clay bar to anyone who will listen!!

Need lube with a claybar. Skooshy bottle with a bit of car shampoo mixed in is good.

Wash car first, then clay, then wash again..and wax/polish/whatever.

Also, use 2 bucket method for best results :)
 
Clay is abrasive. That is why it is used in toothpaste. Not heard of clay bars but guessing it is clay with some colour restorer? If so it will slowly take the paint down, like T-cut.

And many applications or much rubbing will remove the paint altogether. :D:D
 
It's more like blutac - it pulls grit and dirt out of the paint, as long as you've used lube, it doesn't affect the paintwork at all.

It's a mild abrasive that produces a new layer of paint or lacquer to polish. Over use will remove the paint or lacquer in time.
