What did you do with your Range Rover today

Oil cooler pipes removed. Didn't fit the new ones yet, as the left hand mounting lug had broken off the oil cooler and I didn't have an alloy filler rod to hand to repair it today.
Was pleased to see the threads were ok, so will re-use the existing cooler once I've fixed the lug. Ordered some filler rod from R-Tec, and spent a bit of time tidying the garage so I can actually get at the TIG welder for next weekend.

fob received back from mrsporty, works perfectly. Pretty impressed at it spent 6 months lost in a muddy horse paddock.

The fobs are water proof so how much did he charge you to fit new batteries?

Stripped EAS compressor today, as its blowing fuse 40. Armature has been fouling wiring inside and now going to ground I'm assuming.

Just need to figure out how I'm going to fix it before Monday got to drive to Bournemouth for work..

Always have a backup. One day you will need it. Keep your old one and fix it. Think I saw one for sale in the For Sale section from KurtJohnson.

Nice down there. And Poole Harbour and across the ferry to that National Trust beach, all the way round to Swanage and Durdle Door. Worth the trip.

I am going to go after the holiday season, it will be a lot cheaper then, its all around £120-£150 a night right now, might go aug or sep its only one night but I have a Range Rover, and the expense is killing me, have to save just to keep it alive lol

Sorted out my grill, replaced the foam with a new one, blacked the grill with dye, I need some new screws for it , but I dont know the part number, also for the top bit of trim the slides in, fits into between the window screen and the grill the long strip, need about 6 of them fixing again dont know the part number!

Scratched it with a chainsaw and a tree (or two).

sorted the stereo out and fixed the passenger window, it now goes up and down !

The window was the teeth on the quadrant and the stereo sorted the speakers out loose wire where some idiot fitted them poorly! ( me )

Nothing. Ordered a number 4 injector. The ****ing idiots sent a normal injector. Now have to wait a further 2 days. This leave has been ****. Go back to work next week. Haven't had a car for the last 2.

Replace rear brake lines and rubber hoses to calipers. Not a bad job really

Saturday I replaced my sunroof seal.

nothing done today . . . 7hrs to Doha, another hour to Dubai, and then 45mins at passport control. . . . working tomorrow, and travelling all day Weds home again . . . .short week !!

Looked at her and thought I need to find some time to take her for a spin not had her out for a few weeks. This lead me to wonder should I sell or should I put business insurance on her and use her for work the odd day rather than her sitting gathering dust. But she won't break down on the drive lol

Cars don't like being idle and the bigger the engine the more it wants to travel. I find more use means less issues, strangely enough.
