What did you do with your Range Rover today

Here's a question.

When folks were driving around in their range rovers first time around, drivers wore tweed or Barbour, maybe plus fours! One has to look the part!!

What's the attire of choice these days for country folk to wear while driving their range rovers?

Are driving gloves still a thing?
Barbour? that seems to have taken over from Burberry - RR Sport female drivers seem enamoured by Barbour!
You only need driving gloves if there's a fault with your heated steering wheel...

They aren't proper range rover drivers though!

Any idea how? Do you need to take the engine out? The rear seats? 🤔🙄
It's item 7 on the above, IIRC you can access the motor from the footwell - you can check activation by removing the air intake plenum and watching them move. If there is any 'stickyness' in the movement, the ATC may well have mis-registered the movement limits (there is no potentiometer feedback), you can also lubricate the pivot points from the engine bay once accessed.

Yes that's what I bought. Ambient was probably only 8-10deg, so it measured 35k ohm, but just holding between fingers the resistance quickly dropped to 20k. HEVAC definitely tracked the GEMS engine temp, although I only did a couple of checks in each ECU.
Just ordered a couple.

Never without gloves in winter as I have Reynaud's syndrome.

Went out again this evening at 6:30pm. Now the HEVAC brings the fans on way before the engine warms up. Might need to look at next value up to delay the HEVAC until warm coolant is available.

@Rubberknees FYI, these are the threads that gave me the idea. Looks like he used a 30k thermistor rather than 22k.

Been looking at a few threads and in one martyuk uses a 10k thermistor and in another thread they say 10k or 20k I'm thinking 22k is about right
Did another check this morning. Before starting GEMS was showing 4degC, and HEVAC 10.5degC. After about 1/2 mile they were at 22 & 25 respectively. Another 1/2 mile to Budgens and both were at 55degC, so it's only the low end when they differ.

Can't find any info on the HEVAC specs, but it seem to start the fans as soon as it thinks the coolant is warm enough to provide heat - hence cold air is blasting out !!
