What did you do with your Range Rover today

I have the two screw system - stainless - about a half inch apart for my D1 coolant level linked to my madman system

I hadn't heard of the Madman System but there's some cool stuff on their website. They're looking for guinea pigs for this too: https://madmandevelopments.com/?page_id=1190

No idea of the price though and presumably they'd be some sort of inport duties for the UK.

Edit: just been to their online shop page. A full disco kit looks pretty comprehensive and comes in at about R8,500 so that'd be about £350. If you've just rebuilt your v8 then that's a small price for some piece of mind.

I'm reminded of the Jag engine on the later Range Rovers which tends to blow all the coolant out and cook it when that hose at the back of the engine lets go.

What does the test button do?
This one doesn't have a water drain so it's only ever going to fill up.
Changed about 25k miles ago
The button is depressed, it draws fuel through the filter as it returns under spring pressure, if it hits the green marker in the right time period, the filter is OK. No water drain on the filter either.

Pulled some power steering fluid.. it's supposed to be green isn't it? Time for a change!

If there is a lot what looks like dirt in it then yep or if it's never been done before 🤔 most cars is see have never had it done🤷‍♂️
The brake fluid is the next thing that's rarely changed 😔
Guessing it's never been done. Smells manky.
With that colour can i assume it's the correct stuff and drain/fill the reservoir a couple of times, save draining/flushing?
