Nuvva question.. don't know if there's a right answer..
I put 5W30 C1 oil in the 4.4 because a dpf needs low ash oil. But, if i don't have a dpf to worry about.. is there a better oil to use? Ie does low ash come at a cost? C1 is considered obsolete, maybe C4 would be better, with same shear values as C1?

Good question kermy, do you have an independent parts shop you can enquire at. The amount of different oils available even in one 5w30 category for example is ridiculous

Exhaust rust,
Drivers door hinge play,
Rusty tow bar beam,
All fours tyres slightly but only slightly worn on the inside which equated to 0.2m/2km... (regular Tyre rotation)
Exhaust smoke lightly out of spec.
I'm gutted..

How much pollution has that environmentally friendly car put into the atmosphere. Quite a bit more than a fossil fuelled range in its lifetime I bet.

Wednesday dinner drove to local chemist for me covid booster jab. Once again bad reaction and didn't get out of bed whilst this morning. Booked appointment with me nurse to discuss what is causing it and is it worth me having it again in the future. I've got enough wrong with me to be worrying about something else
