I'll have to hit up his YouTube for that then, thanks.

Don't say that. I only replaced it a few years back.

Round here, it is 1p/l less than petrol. Which is nice. Still 132.9p/l to 133.9p/l but even though, any time my beloved derv is cheaper I am happy.

Won't lie, I am a little bitch when it comes to working on my P38. I live in constant fear of breaking my own means of transport. Wasn't so bad when I was living in Hounslow as I lived in the wire, and our workshop was full of competent VMs who could help if needed. Living in Yeovil now, I am 7 miles from work, and I wouldn't trust these ****s to change a light bulb...

Ah well, needs must and all that. What's the worst that could happen? I car share for a few weeks?

Thank you though, I'll have to send some beer tokens your way... or more orange paint, whichever takes your fancy.

Possibly worn bushes?

Maybe. I can have a pokey round and see if I can find anything. I can replace them all with polybushes like all the cool kids do. :p

Just weird that it is only the front left outside band, unless the camber is out, but I can only assume that'd be a bent axle.

thinking about getting an aircon manifold gauge set and vac pump so i can sort my car myself.. anybody done this? theres plenty of options available on ebay/amazon etc all looking pretty much the same.
is it a daft idea? i'll need to refresh any oil thats left in the system, check for leaks and get all the moisture out before filling

Drive her safe in the knowledge I no longer have a working oil pressure light (teach me to bodge for an MoT Test) to my last day of an ADR course, good news, I passed. So it you need some fuel moving, I'm your guy!

It's no wonder I've had problems and my LPG finally packed up! This is the nest that'plugs in' to the Bosch ecu

It looks i have a black box emulator jobby for post cat o2 sensors. I'm guessing that's not oem and related to the fact my cats are.. ahem... hollow
They will be if running on lpg. I was speaking to a guy who buys scrap cars and he told me that he checks cats by hitting them with a hammer and if they sound empty the price he gives goes down, usually those that have been running on lpg are empty as they run so much hotter and burn the insides out.

The wires go into the old lpg ecu from the black box :( will i ever get running again!? The engine bay looks like it's had a wire vomit

Ordered few bits.
- Front flexi so I can fit the 2nd calliper,
- a gnk tvc100010 for the rear of the prop. Il only use gnk or Spicers if money was no object. Not sure it’s bad but looks it after standing in garden.
- Quality Samco 3mm vacuum tube. It’s for the MAP (+1 point @Tenebreaux ) as I’m fed up of using shyte spill, it’s not even carrying fluid
But! Shyte spill pipe is about £8 for 2metres, this silicone tubing is only £10.15 for 3 metres so probably best use this for spills too? I’m biased towards thinking it's no good for fuel lines but how is that any different from the crap spill line produced these days?!?
except cheaper o_O

Its all out!! It was piggybacking the coil drivers rather than the injector signals, no clue yet how it was switching then off.
I wonder if it's something to do with this black box which had a switched live? Do i tap a switched live off the new system and hope it all just works? It joins the loom half way across the back of the engine o_O
