Any particular reason? Will i have to cut them off?

If you very lucky they may come out, off mine only one came out and that was because the alloy center of the bush had split to bits the others the alloy was corroded to the bolt and turned in the center of the bush, so just ran a saw down ether side of the bush

This one's bizarre. I have the P38 parked outside the house at the moment. Got home from work, reversed the Alfa in in front of it leaving about a 2 foot gap between them. For some reason this caused the hazards on the Rangey to start flashing for about ten seconds.

Sounding more and more like someone else's job

Its not a hard job to do just do one arm at a time so the axle stays put, must admit i did mine on high just put stands under the chassis so the wheels stayed on the ground but then i am small enough to slide under the axle:D, and used a junior hacks saw on the bolts as i could not be bothered to use a slitting disc, just dont forget to disconnect the height sensor,
the old bushes are easy to get out, just put a drill down the side of the bush a couple of times close together and leaver the plastic out a bit and the bush will push out, then its just the job of pressing the new in.

Went for a good blast on the A55, first time I've had empty road in front of me since i put the new cam in!! Have to say it goes very well indeed!!! Temp was steady at 92c all the way

Will i manage with something to use as a spacer so i don't press the middle bit and wind it up in a vice?

Went for a good drive in her and managed to find a lovely piece of road to have a blast, me and my memory is hazy and I distinctly recall pulling a rear muffler off of my S type on a pretty bad compression on the same road bottomed her completely out sparks too!

However I put that down to imagination, must of been somewhere else, right? Wrong!!

Upon rounding a bend in the old P38 I found that compression and managed to bottom the suspension luckily no ill effects to the car but FFS my stomach felt like it did a flip, what a weird feeling!

I did larf.. :D
