Injectors out and find one has had blowby so sent the wife into aberdeen to get all 6 refurbished.

Managed to drill and tap with the manifold in place. (forgot to get a blooming stud though luckily i have a scrap bmw lump sat about so stole one from there)

Fresh air oil and fuel filters. Fresh oil and checked level in the diffs.
New inlet gaskets new rocker cover gasket new injector return links. New rail to injector pipes.
New injector washers and clamps and nuts.

Bit of an expensive day for a snapped bolt.
If it wasn't for the state of the injectors and having to wait id have been done and home for lunchtime.
Still shes running fine so worth all the extra time.

Nice one, just think how much a main stealer would have charged for all that:D

Wire brushed all the threads showing on the body / chassis bushes, gave each a dose of plusgas ready for replacing. Not sure when I'll get round to it though.

Would just be cheeper replacing it at dealer prices. Parts wasn't that criminal to be fair.
The injector refurbishment was a few unexpected coin.
Pads next weekend i think im just going to landrover for them.
As iv found with transits and bmws nothing lasts as long as original pads.
Discs are still decent and iv not had to do anything brake wise yet surprisingly
