"Colour blind" I don't think so, u quite rightly identified the colour as Kinversand. I on the other hand I identfied the colour of the Discovery in the avatar. Although not the clearest of pictures.

i have a 99 diesel model which seems quite noisey when being driven at speed..
everything seem fine ,brakes steering etc but there is a lot of noise/vibration from the rear end...

now, its definately not red..
and it states BRONZE on the V5, i have not looked at the VIN tag but i feel sure this will only state the paint code..
its the nice orange colour..you know the unusual one everyone likes..
