What brake pipe?

Whilst disco has engine out got a few other odds and sods to do, want to do all the brake lines as they are all pretty corroded and one is weeping! gonna do all copper the question is what diameter? 3/16th or 1/4 ? Cheers

3/16 for brakes,clutch pipe is 1/4

Theres 25ft on amazon for £13 with 20 unions aswell ? Got aload of dot 4 so if thats a good price may do that

Tis a lot more resistant to vibration/corrosion. Its what im gonna use when all my brake lines are changed.

What he said. If you don't support it properly then it can work harden and fracture. There is a debate of how likely this is, some countries have banned it.. but imo why take the chance when cupro is only a quid more.

It is slightly harder to work with.

I always use Cunifer (Copper, Nickel, iron - Cu Ni Fe ) But you need a very good flaring tool for it.
