No recovery eye on the new ones?

I'm sure there will be, but more of a 'towing eye' than recovery.
Not sure it would have been upto the job TBH, you'd be pulling a hell of a lot of weight against all that water :eek:

judging by the state of that 'recovery' it would have been too technical to find

The eye on my P38 was strong enough to recover it from a deep ditch.
Water was flowing across on the sprt recovery, slow gentle pull, out of gear handbrake off and it would not have been that bad:)

But Keith this is a sport we are talking about, if the towing eye is as unreliable as the rest of the car...... No hope !!:D :rolleyes:

a lot more suitable than that , its lower down and secured to something more substantial
 
9-10 bet the handbrake stuck on 1/2 way across due to water in becm that's what finished it:D through experience them sport handbrake cables/set up are nasty never again for me thanks:eek:
Yes, it did look like the brakes were on. Electric handbrakes have to be the most stupid development ever.
