My 90 (1994) only has rubbers riveted to the bottom of the doors - doesn't look like it ever had rubbers along the base of the door opening

Were these standard on yours Bluey or something you decided to add as a cure?

Originally the near side had a piece of metal spot welded where the seals are now, that held a small rubber strip. It was all rusty so I wipped them off. I bought the new ones off fleabay, including an odd one which I cut in two for the second row doors.

I used 6.4mm rivets as I wanted a firm fixing, although I supposed a strip of stainless or similar would have the same or better effect.

Really pleased with the results as the seals get squashed when the doors close.
