Wet fuel return...no banjo bolt?

Hi All

I'm just investigating a fuel leak at the no.4 return below the injector. I've removed the fuel return and it turns out the bolt is not a Banjo i.e. it's solid. Surely this can't be right - no fuel will be able to pass through the bolt into the return line.

Just wanted to verify this....anyone?

Is this a little blanking nipple or the return pipe to the next injector?
A pic may help.
Actually ignore that ive jus reread your post and realised the bolt is solid!
