Wet Flaps

I new I had a water leak into my footwells, but wasn't sure from where.
But was having a look at the weekend as I was fixing my heater controls and it looks like the worst is coming through my front flap vents.
I've had a look in the ingress manual but it doesn't mention the vents, I had a look and some of the foam is coming a way from the back.
Just wondering if I should replace the foam or if there is a better way to fix em?

I fookin do you know, at least half a dozen times last year if it where sat in the sun all day.
If I can't find a reliable way of sortin em I'll gunk em as a last resort.

yes you can buy new foam for the vents there on flebay i must do mine let me know if it stops the leak

Get some new flap seals , or is the water coming in from the door top seals( like mine does lol

i got new rubber seals off ebay n it seems to of worked, n the foam on ma vents is half missin.
