Waterless Coolant

Just a thought, but would waterless coolant go a long way towards preventing head gasket failure with the 1.8? As I understand it, because it doesn't boil there is virtually no pressure.
Has anybody looked in to this?
 
No it won't solve the HG problems. In fact it could make them worse as the waterless coolant doesn't have such good thermal properties as water. This could well speed up HG failure.
I looked into this stuff myself and decided it's not as good as water.
 
I would give it a swerve mate, but thats just me.
Potentially if you have a leak you cant top up with water......
