water pump

slight leak from under alternator on my 1998 diesel, is it the water pump, i thought it was the power steering pump, till noticed water . only slight comeing out of one of 2 small holes since filled with antifreeze, is it worth putting kc seel in or something, not seen a pump like that before so not sure what it is,

no real on a pump if it is leaking where the hole is usualy means the bearing is on its way out and new antifreez will find out problems with the water system
