Water pipe connection to cylinder head

Yesterday morning I was changing the glow plugs on the range and all went well until I noticed a small water leak on the cylinder head upon further inspection the hose and connection were burst the connection is the one closest to the bulk head so any help would be most helpful a don't know where to start looking To find a new connection piece it's ribbed on one end that the hose connects to and small ribs on the end that goes into the head
