water leake

Hi everyone i just had a new rear floor panel put in my 300 tdi discovery i also have had the rear arches repaired the bloke who did the work said the top rear thin window was leaking and causing it the floor was rotten tho he also said if you took the lining out it was a bit of a so and so to put back in. just wondering if anyone has had this problem or solved and is it a big job any help would be appreciated thanks danny.
