Hi All
I have just bought a freelander auto td hse.I am happy with the motor but I have found that the well in the boot space keeps filling with water.The carpet in the boot is dry!
I cannot find a leak but I would like to solve the problem.Can any one help me please

Thats quite a surprise the fishtank in the rear is full of water. Have a look using the search function and you will find hundreds of posts regarding this problem

Failing that put some young cod or pollock in there, be big enough for a ood meal in 3-4months


Don't be silly- it's freshwater not salt.. :rolleyes: You'd need a nice carp or two.


My uncles old Cadillac had similar problems and he ended up growing mushrooms in there. Actually, that's not a bad idea- maybe those small, pointy ones...??
 
Good idea, though I hope it's better than the one in the door...


And of course the fish they throw in for it would be a bonus!
 
Take off the rear trim, remove the awful useless membrane that Land Rover give you & replace with a large thick dustbin bag. My tool tray ha been dry since doing this.
