He knows what it is - he's gloating cos he doesnt have to get one. My bruv lives in IOM and he doesnt have to get an mot either.

Well, there is a 'roadworthy', a sort-of MOT test, but you only have to get it done on change of ownership! My Defender was tested at 1yr old (and is now 12), my Audi was tested at 4 (and is now 20), and my wife's Opel has never been tested from new (and is now 9).

You should see some of the wrecks on the road, so it's possible that a more normal type of test will be law soon. But all that will do is increase bribery which is, I suppose, why it has not been implemented.

ps. Mad Bob is, luckily, quite a long way north of here. Most of the population of Zim is, unfortunately, here.
