Firstly a very happy new year to each one an all of the landyzone family an may 2013 be filled with luck ( and less issues with our cars ) lol !!!

Anyway here is my first issue ( again ) after all the parts changing i have done all was well apart from HDC flashing up wen starting. I tested battery an it was pretty low so ive changed that hoping it was that but NO ? It still does it on first start up or from wen its been stood. Also last night i heard a grating/sawing noise from osr wen driving, ive looked but cant see anything till i get it on a ramp but also the usual suspects flashed up HDC ABS DTC AND AIR SUSP INACTIVE but when i turned it off an started it again NO FAULTS an NO FAULTS LOGGED ??????? Could this be something to do with an ABS sensor do you reckon ???? Cheers in advance gents

Did you reset the Steering Sensor by going full ock to full lock back to centre, once you changed the battery??

Also I would advicate a dodgy ABS sensor - had the same thing twice on mine....

The wiring chaffs on the inside rim of the wheels if not routed correctly....this is what happened to mine!!

Didnt need to do SaS reset as i had a constant power feed to car when changing battery with a special tool i plugged into OBD port . Ps tried that SaS reset biz before never worked gonna have a neb at the ABS sensors in a min reckon ill change all four anyway how much did you pay for them mate would you advise OEM only ???

I got mine from LR Dealer as they were open, local and had it on the shelf.....£17odd per sensor IIRC, which both myself and my local LR Dealer had to double check cos it seemed cheap....but thats what the computer told him it was !!

Will see if I can find the invoice and double check....

Also never heard of a power pack for the OBD socket before.....and also if the SaS reset did nothing....most likely an ABS sensor, as the reset procedure works for me when I disconnect the battery...!!
