what’s wrong with your latches? ( I have 2 awaiting repair on my doors)

As @Hicap phill , try Blanchard's or even H&H Supplies. If none available I think your existing units would strip and clean up perfectly well. Give them a thorough buzz back and degrease followed by a good zinc/plate coating. Dry and lube free-up mechanism, add new locks, thoroughly re-grease and re-fit for next decade.

Can’t be much inside them as the latches all are exposed. I just have to rebuild my doors before I need locks
