Land rover p38 diesel keeps wondering all over the road swaying back and forth and its quite dangerous if i get to around 50 it just pulles ramdomly left to right and trying to correct it just makes it worse it's drivable upto around 30 have checked and replaced the ns top and bottom ball joints as they were slightly worn and os has not long been done so they were not needed could it be the front arms bushes ?

Good shout ,infact check all bushes wi a big crow bar .and tyre pressure O and some tyres make them verrrrry twitchy.Try puting front ones on the back ,but not if all new and same make.

Lots of things can cause steering wander on these. TREs, incorrectly adjusted/non centred steering box, tracking, radius are bushes, column to box shaft, tyres, tyre pressures, Panhard rod bushes. Or a combination thereof.

Thanks all the track rods are all okay and tyres are at the right pressure iv checked the radius arms and they are moving alot so ordering 6 new bushes hopfully this is all it is
