Timing cover breather is just a hole in the triangle plate. My 300Tdi didn't have the hole, although I had seen pictures of ones that do have it. So I took it off and drilled a hole.

My fuel tank also didn't have a breather as the kit instructions explained. The only breather as such is the smaller rubber hose that runs parrellel to the main filler tube and joins the filler tube just behind the filler cap. It just allows air to flow out of the top of the tank when you're filling it. There was no separate 6mm breather.

I've since changed the fuel tank and there is definitly no other holes for a breather.

As above, there is no dedicated fuel tank breather on a 200tdi 90. As fuel is drawn out, air enters from around the fuel filler cap. I suppose you could make some form of breather and seal the filler cap though.

Don't forget your wading plugs if you are going swimming ;)

The pics aren't of any use if you've already found the breathers for gearbox and transfer box but may be of help to someone when searching
