Wadding plugs

Just had a delivery of two wadding plugs. Are they ment to have o-rings fitted as mine have threads almost to the neck but stop short and it looks like there should be an o-ring in there. Anyone know?

no not normally clutch housing isnt water tight joint ,they just stop it flooding quick

What is the wading plug thread size just out of interest?

Thanks James. Don't know the thread as all my thread guages are in the other garage. although it looks about 20tpi but i dont have my specs on
