Vogue 2004 V8 Petrol/Lpg. Radio Sound Issue

Hi,
I am an absolute Newbie to Land Rovers.
I just purchased one which I am thrilled with its powerful V8 engine.

I have encountered One Big Problem!!
I am Not getting any sound from the stereo/radio, turning the left hand knob on the radio or trying to sdjust the +- buttons on the stearing wheel makes no difference. I managed to get a one second burst of volume and then nothing after that?
Any suggestions Please, or is there a radio manual kicking about that I could get my hands on?
Please help me with my problem.

post your question in the range rover section you will get reply's, normal issue is water ingress in the left rear quarter where all the entertainment units are.
