You have a good point but I agreed with him that would be the end of it to get the £200 as otherwise it would be a court job and I cant be arsed with the hassel. Also ashcrofts website doesnt help my case saying in the faq that it can play up after an oil change. Given this guys history (I have been hearing things) I think £200 is as good as it would get

think i would give it a few weeks then dark alley, mask and 2" bi 4" . might make him think about doin his job properly next time
