Vibration...

I have coming up through the pedals a what I can only describe as a high pitch vibration....

Had a similar on my wagon and it was a prop UJ on the way out.

Checked all the UJs on the Landy and all seem OK, but the vibes did go for a short while after I rammed grease into them, but it came back within a day...

Front prop has a small amount of up and down play in the splined bit, also the rubber gaiter fell off the other day, could this play cause the vibes, would splitting the prop and packing the splines wirh grease be a short term fix??

Have removed the front prop for now but not had time to take her out for a spin to see if vibes have one.

Any other ideas?.

have yu checked the the grease nipples arent blocked solid. Try removing them one at a time and check that grease actually goes through them.

I have known the grease nipples to give the impression of being full of grease (supplying back pressure to grease gun) but actually just blocked solid.
