Its 2000 range rover p38 dhse, the car goes through the gearbox well until it gets to 50mph, it seems like it is going into top gear to soon, causeing a vibration. If you take your foot off the accelerator and then straight back on it pulls away vibration free no problems.

Does anybody have any idea?

It has also had new oil and filter change which has made it better, but still not right.

Mine does something similar, when the torque convertor locks up and you accelerate there is a groaning from the transmission somewhere, all to do with harmonics and vibrations etc.

Assuming all the joints are good, do you have the harmonic vibration dampers on the axles?
