Vibrating yd5

Vehicle is a 2000 td5 manual it has started to vibrate at a shade over 2000rpm whether in gear or not i thought it was the engine mountings and have replaced them with genuine articles and no difference any advise much appreciated vehicle had a new clutch and flywheel about 4500 miles ago.

Counterweigt on the gearbox might be worth to check, they tend to come loose
