the solenoid once you remove the part with the wires coming out, in side there is a pole and when you strip that apart there is a plunger a spring and on the bottom of that plunger there is a rubber pad which seats against the base over time they wear a groove i have just overcome this by putting said piece in a pillar drill on a slow speed and applied 1200 emery paper to it till the groove has gone so the rubber is nice and flat and seals properly this cured a sinking problem on mine!

Got home, dropped car to access to get the oldies out, lock up gone inside....come out in morning, back on its ass front up in the sky?! How is that possible?!

Height sensor not used to going that far down, picked up crap on the track and gave false reading to the ECU.
