Just rang the local dealer regarding parts for a timing cover removal and new belt ( genuine ), waterpump gasket, timing cover gasket, crank seal ( plus rubber outer ), cam seal, belt and tensioner, all comes in at £90 odd quid.
Not a problem with the price, but did a search on fleabay and came up with this:
LAND ROVER DEFENDER 90 110 2.5 TD & NA TIMING BELT KIT on eBay (end time 24-Sep-10 22:37:04 BST)
If the numbers are correct ( from a google search they look genuine ) then thats a saving of almost £60.
Is there anything glaringly obvious i'm missing here?
