What do you guys rekon of this, a mates considering making an offer ? any potential issues ? fair price i think. and do the 200 tdi have power steering ? Land Rover : Land Rover Defender 90 £2100 Many thanks

check all id# and vin# to make sure its not been stolen

Look at the bulkhead from under the wheel archs, the chassis out side each side just over where the vin no is for corrosion, and look really really hard at the rear crossmember.
Are you sure its a tdi?no mention in the advert.

It's a turbodiesel - you will need to spend another £1500 putting a decent engine in it - or just spend a grand more on one with one already fitted.

I wouldn't get a td unless i was planning on changing the engine, it's a false economy.

ps yes, it will almost certainly have PAS. This would be worth about £1500-£1800 - make him an offer!
