Van back small window removal.. How the fek???

Need to get the panel windows out of the back of my van back 90... Only YouTube video I saw was some guy hitting the hell out of one in 10 seconds but my seals are rock hard and I'm not sure how to get them out without destroying them...
 
Cut the seal with a Stanley knife, then wiggle them out, be careful as they can still stick to the glass and crack it if you are too rough.
 
I'm gonna get the panel and glass together and stick them inside. Then I'll go crazy with a Stanley knife. I only need the glass to put in another panel so i could do with a template
 
mine have that filler strip. you remove that from the middle and then it'll push out.. if you mean the ones by the back door.. not side windows
