Value of S3 LWB Safari SW.

I have a 1972 S3 LWB Safari station wagon with the 6 cylinder engine. Someone has expressed interest in buying it. Does anyone have any idea what it's worth please. I put new shoes in the front drums and overhauled the rear brakes. Bucket seats for the driver and front passenger and 9 other seats.

Buy a Landrover mag this will give you a rough guide to prices.
1. How much did you buy it for.
2. How much receipts value of work you done to maintain.
3. How much is the buyer willing spend.
4. Is the vehicle honest and true to the original from factory or modified.
Value is only a tool so how much would you buy the same vehicle for.
