v8i camshaft kit

hi,i,ve been offered a complete camshaft kit for my v8i but the kits for a 1994 year and mines a 1998 year,anyone know if this kit will be suitable i,ve looked up the kit and it says suitable for upto 1995.why is that?what changed after that?any ideas any help much appreciated cheers craig

Hi compression low compression? or possibly different cam profiles? Why not have your original cam re-profiled to something wilder? port and flow the heads. You will see a hudge difference, The power and sound is amazing. It feels like something else when you plant your foot hear that v8 roar as you hurtle off down the road.

id love to mate but my camshaft change is going to be a diy job to keep costs down if there was,nt a credit crunch on i,d have a little play at tuning the beasty,plus for super speed thrills i,ve a motorbike sat in garage .forgot to mention the camshaft i,ve been offered is standard kit
