v8 problems

when driving at low speed up to 50 mph its fine on the flat. take it on a motorway and get it up to 60 or 70 its sometimes fine but if it gets a sniff of a hill and u put ur foot down a touch to get up it the engine cuts out then if u let ur foot off it fires back up again. ive taken the fuel filter off and replaced it with an inline high flow one. cleaned up the moduale on the dizzy, new K&N air filter new coil new leads. not sure if its the edlebrock carbs or not but they are supposed to be high performance. pullin my hair out with it cos its fine in low box at ny revs
