v8 problems help

Ive got a 3.9 v8 which has just had engine rebuild and was running great ish untill other day when it didnt want to start . It turns iver but no spark or power at coil . I thaught it was the immobiliser but after taking the dash apart I found it had been bypassed already . The two relays in drivers foot well click on and off and the fuel pump is primming . It is running a power spark distributor and coil so no amplifier . I need help on this one ive looked at everything now im just stummped . Its at the point of me selling it and I dont really want to . Im in Birmingham

If you've got no spark then either the ignition circuit isn't getting power or the problem is the coil and/or coil trigger. Check connections on the coil, they corrode as do the wires.

Normally if there is no spark and the coil is good the ignition amplifier has died. You sure there is no ignition amplifier?

The other possibility that could be worth looking in to is the wiring loom itself. The original loom has a splice in it, check the condition of the joint.
