V8 Oil Filler - does end matter?

My rocker covers are in a mess so I bought a pair of eBay, they were rough too so I sent them for powder coating. I picked them up today and the LH cover is different to the one I have on my car, if I fit the new cover the oil filler will be next to the bulkhead/firewall, I think there will be enough clearance but was just wondering if anyone else had this type of cover?

I can't see it making too much difference provided they physically fit and clear everything. Make sure when you fit them that the oil can get to the oilways around the head and they should be fine.
