Just bought a 90 finally getting rid of the series 2a.But ive bought it with out an engine .Its on a B plate with lt77.
I plan on fitting a 200 tdi at a latter date but in the mean time Dads got a v8 fitted in his series 2 and i can have it foc Great.
The question being will the conversion kit fit ?The spacer for bell housing should be fine but what about the shaft extension ? Also does anyone know where i can get the extension piece for the release bearing someone told me you can weld a bit of tube to the bearing ,but sounds a boj to me.
Any help would be great, also would a normal clutch plate be ok?
