Hi guys and galls. Looks like I've damaged my rear diff offroad at the weekend as it briefly locked up then banged when released and now grinds badly on overrun. Question I have is this. I have 300 tdi manual 1998 year and friend is breaking v8 auto 1996 model, will the diffs be a straight swop and same ratios? Many thanks.
