URGENT: XS wheels on old fender?

Sorry guys...di quick search but there are some XS alloys ending in a few mins on eBay that I would like. The advert says they will fit a 90 but I cant find out whether they will fit on my 90 as it has drums on the rears....

So will XS alloys fit onto a 1984 defender with drums on the back?

No, not without wheel spacers. They will not clear the hub drive flanges.

A grinder can change that, but I wouldn't recommend taking one to a set of wheels!
