URGENT: Theft Of Land Rover's

Urgent Message To All

I live in a Surrounding area of Rotherham Sheffield Chesterfield and Doncaster.

There is a bloke(s) in a Blue Land Rover Discovery (Will Post Reg' Soon)
Stealing Land Rover's, 90's, 110's and Disco's, seems to take a liking to the modified.

He's operating in the surrounding areas: Chesterfield, Bolsover, Doncaster, Rotherham, Mansfield and Sheffield.

He's smart, he searches for what he want's, inspects the car first and then soon will attempt or will succeed at stealing it.

My friend had footsteps in the snow leading from his gate to the door of his Landy, and has caught the bloke searching streets, he drives very slowly inspecting and eye-ing up Landy's parked behind gates etc.

Make sure your's is secure or well alarmed or do something to prevent theft, rumour has it he's even craned a landy out from between 2 cars in a car park on to a flat bed truck...

He has been reported to the police and Chesterfield seems to be a prime location of where Landy's are being stolen from.

My good friend the one who had the footprint's to his Landy Driver's Door was the one who caught him searching the streets. He reported his Reg to the police which is why I can't post the Reg until I speak to my friend.

Just trying to spread the word and warn and prevent anymore thefts.

Indeed...just that if he gets reported once they could consider it as a one-off incident...if you and whoever ese seems him being dodgy also report him doing a similar activity it builds a clearer picture...times...places...all adds up - I thought perhaps you had also seen him.

I've seen him myself yes, but not in the act, only saw glimpses of passes by on roads, only seen the vehicle npt the bloke himself, I shall keep updating the more info I found out

is this a dark blue td5 disco? if so it may be the coont that i saw checking out my fender a few weeks back, and probably the person who was seen stealing my mates 90 the following night again in a dark coloured discovery

Unfortunately I have my reasons so I'm not going to post the whole Reg because of slander and it could turn out to be a false Accusation...

Well there's the reg number VE 03 XOD that's pretty distinguishing

right just to let you know all the infomation has been passed onto my ex wife who works for south yorkshire police inc the reg plate so it will be looked for and all the info will also be passed onto other authorities too.
