Urgent help needed... Drop links

HI,

Just angle grinded off the bottom bolt on one of my drop links, the top came undone fine, but the new drop link which is exact same length doesn't fit, looks like the ARB has moved up, and I can't move it down enough to get it to fit.

It's not started raining and I new the car in working condition before 5

Just pop the top of link in then get a good grip on roll bar with some mole grips and pull down and pop the lower joint in. I assume you have got it jacked up and wheel off

Well i did mine a few months ago and had no problems, i soaked the bolts in penetrating fluid for a day and they came off ok with spanner and allen key, fitting was easy too as the ends are on joints that move to the correct position so the bolt goes thru the roll bar holes.
So not sure why you are having problem if they are exactly the same size.....
I think if i remember i put a jack under the roll bar and jacked it up a inch or so till it fitted ....hope you get it sorted

use a jack to level wish bone it will be difficult if one side of car has weight on it and the other is hanging down
