Upper Rear A frame bush removal

Hi ya'll

Got another quick question for the Lz comm,,

Going to replace old rear upper link A frame bushes with some comfort Polly's
Got what I believed were the old bushes used heat gun and good clamp,,, but on looking at it after a good few weeks noticed a inner piece which I reckon is apart of the old bush but before I attempt to remove it thought I'd ask.

Yep, that's part of the old bush. Time to dig out your jigsaw and old screwdriver....

No worries, I'm doing panhard and radius arm bushes tomorrow so I'll be doing a similar job myself
