Any chance you could upgrade vBulletin? I know you're using a few plugins, but most of them do support vBulletin 4.0. Though obv, the style would need to be re-done. That said, it's easy to do that in vBulletin 4.0 as the template system has been significantly enhanced. Not sure whether or not you've applied any patches, but if not, the current version (vBulletin 3.8.1) is vulnerable to a few software exploits, possibly creating the potential for the site to be compromised.
Would be great if it could be upgraded to the latest version, as it contains many feature enhancements.
