Underbonnet rattle

No, I dont want to know what it might be, because I am fairly sure I know what it is.

My coolant header bottle is it seems quite correctly held on by one screw only, and it can rattle around on the mounting.

First of all, is that correct (one screw only) and if so why is it rattling? does anyone else have this problem, or a fix for it?

Yes it's held in place by a plastic scrivit thingy, Possibly the lower part what sits in the hole in the metal is damaged, try replacing that. The bottle is generally held securely in place by it.
